WizzBell is a cloud platform that lets restaurants, bars, cafés, bakeries, food trucks, pizzerias, ice cream shops, churro shops, hotels, beach clubs, wineries and other hospitality businesses create and manage a digital menu with a QR code per table, waiter calls, online reservations, staff and shift management, games mode, visit statistics, an admin panel and their own website. The full description of the service is set out in the Terms and conditions. Accessing and using the site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice.

3. Terms of use

Users agree to make appropriate, lawful use of the site, in line with applicable law, good faith and public order. Using the service for fraudulent purposes, to introduce viruses or malicious code, or to attempt to access other registered businesses' accounts or data is prohibited.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The platform's design, code and graphic elements belong to WizzBell or its licensors. The content each business enters into its menu (dish names, prices, images, logo, texts) is the sole responsibility and property of that business.

5. Disclaimer

WizzBell is not responsible for the accuracy, currency or legality of the content published by each business (prices, descriptions, allergens, opening hours, etc.), whose accuracy is the sole responsibility of the business that owns the menu.

6. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by the law applicable to the entity that owns the platform. Any dispute will be settled by the courts corresponding to that jurisdiction, unless consumer protection rules establish otherwise.
